George has a goal of walking 9/2 kilometers today. Each time he walks to school and back, he walks a total of 1/2 kilometers. What is the meaning of 9/2 divided by 1/2?

Answer: I believe that the answer is c
9/2 divided by 1/2=9

I am not sure though. Can you please help me with this.
