Perhaps another tutor will understand your question but I don't. Perhaps you can clarify the question? Jello is available with aspartame and it is low calorie.

How aspartame is made or how the Jello is made? Aspartame is aspartic acid combined with phenylalanine and the carboxyl group on phenylalanine is converted to the methyl ester.
