Fickle means changing frequently, and I thought that it was the correct answer because the Nurse's attitude toward Romeo and Juliet's relationship does change throughout the book.... Am i wrong??

Yes, destructive is better for #3. Weeping is lamentation. They are synonyms. If affliction is caused by calamity, weeping and lamentation are caused by destruction.

Well, I don't remember when Juliet actually turns Paris down. Certainly 2 and 3 apply. Was it after her "marriage" to Romeo? Then, it's all of the above.
