An example of cardiac muscle is the muscle found in the walls of the heart. This specialized muscle allows the heart to contract and pump blood throughout the body.
A non-example of cardiac muscle would be skeletal muscle. Unlike cardiac muscle, skeletal muscle is attached to bones and is responsible for movements such as walking and lifting objects. It is under voluntary control, meaning we can control its movements consciously.
