What are the cultural norms for the following:

Individual rights vs the rights of society - There are more right for individual and rights of society. People can say whatever they want, even if it means to insult someone. People have rights to pursue their dream.

Social behavior - It's friendly, and fun when people communicates with other people. However, phone became big distraction in this generation, where it's causing people text instead of talking other people even if they are few feet away. People tend to not listen properly and have to ask clarification because they were on their phone.

Peer relationships - You can be friends with anyone. It doesn't matter if a boy and a girl are friend, it's normal.

Gender behavior - Your gender is part of who you are. It's normal and alright for a girl to have a tough behaviour. It's normal for a boy to act girly.
