I NEED HELP A$AP, PLEASE! I don't understand how to do this :(

I have to draw a short roller coaster on graph paper

Directions:
1. Draw the side view of your roller coaster on graph paper. For the sake of simplicity, assume that your roller coaster track never turns left or right.
o In order to gain speed, the roller coaster should have an initial climb, at least two hills, and one loop.
2. Label the x- and y-axes. The value of x measures the horizontal distance from the roller coaster cart to the starting point, and the value of y represents the height of the roller coaster cart.
3. Plot ordered pairs on the initial climb and determine the slope.
4. What is the equation of the line that represents your initial climb?
5. What is the domain and range of your roller coaster?
6. Plot ordered pairs at the top and the end of each hill. Find the rate of change
to determine which hill is steeper? How do you know that hill is steeper?
7. Is your roller coaster a function? Why or why not?

did you just copy and past her instructions lmaooo mood

wow

*sad sergal noises*

Anyone? I really need the help :( I'll greatly appreciate it

Someone figure this out? I really need to get this done and idk anything about the course.

bahahahahahahaha

Pleaseee I really need to get this done

Can someone telll

i can help

simple explanation / help

1. so basically the side view of ur roller coaster is what u wanna start out with, if you're having problems with that look up, "side view of roller coaster."
tip- make sure u do a big drop that goes straight up then straight back down, and then you can do 2 small hills and a loop, its required of you

2. look up an image of x and y axis for reference before we get into it, now this is where all the hills and drops we made come in handy,

3. label each drop and loop, x and y ofc

4. find and state the domain and range of your coaster

5. plot ordered pairs at the top and the end of each hill. find the rate of change
to determine which hill is steeper? how do you know that hill is steeper?

step 7: figure out if its a function.

1. On graph paper, draw your roller coaster from the side. Consider that your roller coaster track never bends left or right for the purpose of simplicity.

o The roller coaster should include an initial rise, at least two hills, and one loop in order to pick up speed.
2. Indicate the axes' names. The roller coaster cart's height is represented by the value of y, while the value of x quantifies the horizontal distance from the roller coaster cart to the starting point.

3. Determine the slope and plot ordered pairs on the beginning climb.

4. What is the equation for the line that describes your first climb?

5. What are your roller coaster's area (domain) and range?

6. Arrange ordered pairs at the top and bottom of each hill. Determine which hill is steeper by calculating the rate of change. What makes you think that hill is steeper?

7. Does your roller coaster serve any purpose (is it a function)? What is your reasoning?

did you finish this because i need help

ok heres what you shuold do

Step 1:Draw the side view of your roller coaster on graph paper. For the sake of simplicity, assume that your roller coaster track never turns left or right.
o In order to gain speed, the roller coaster should have an initial climb, at least two hills, and one loop.

step 2: Label the x- and y-axes. The value of x measures the horizontal distance from the roller coaster cart to the starting point, and the value of y represents the height of the roller coaster cart.

step 3: Plot ordered pairs on the initial climb and determine the slope.

step 4:find the equation of the line that represents your initial climb.

step 5: find and state the domain and range of your coaster

step 6:Plot ordered pairs at the top and the end of each hill. Find the rate of change
to determine which hill is steeper? How do you know that hill is steeper?

step 7: figure out if its a function.

i hope i helped you out
