  4. Lilith is incorrect. 1. is 1/64 because 8^-2 = a decimal that turns out to be a fraction of 1/64 :) I forget the decimal though, sorry. just do 1/64 on a computer. I know this is a little outdated, but it can help other students looking for help on this question.
