In the above sentence i need to identify
the nouns in the objectice case. I also
need to know what part of the sentence is the word festivities. I know the subject is Munich and the form is simple.

  1. As I said before, in English, all nouns are used as either subjects.

    The subject is not Munich; it's city.

    Munich is the object of the preposition of.

    festivities is the object of the verb.

    And yes, it's a simple sentence.
