A cylindrical tank has the dimensions a 100cm and 140cm ,if the tank is filled with 275 liters of water what is the depth of water in the tank

asked by Andre
  1. If the depth is x cm, then since 1L = 1000cm^3, you have

    100*140*x = 275*1000
    x = 10.64 cm
