well in the book it says that well i think it had said that it is inportant so he does run away but with the younger brother then at the end it has a horrible endng

He is worried they will starve to death and how will he raise Gab. It's not a horrible ending....this book was wonderful in my opinion.

The ending is not what the question asks of you, but it is about his doubts about opting for choice as opposed to the regimented world he left behind. What are his doubts?
