how do i convert fractions to decimals and fractions to percents?

  1. To convert fractions to decimals, divide the numerator by the denominator.

    3/4 = 0.75

    To convert a decimal to a percent, multiply by 100. Or you can move the decimal point two places to the right.

    0.75 = 75%

  5. bubbles is wrong. My example shows how to divide the numerator by the denominator.

    Divide 6 by 16.
