Their you go I will be back with questions 17-23 when my teacher grades them. Also I would appreciate if you used this to check you answers. Thank You have a good night.

Watching people on jiskha grow up is so sad

this is a mess

i agree

Absolutely. An endothermic reaction uses heat from the surroundings to make it go. An exothermic reaction gives off heat. Exploding fireworks, paper burning, and cellular respiration (such as humans breathing) all are examples of exothermic reactions in which heat is released by the chemical reaction. I remember these as follows:

An exothermic reaction (exo as in exit out) releases heat; an endothermic (endo as in coming in) reaction uses heat and we can even write an equation for them.
Exothermic is A + B ==> C + heat
Endothermic is A + B + heat ==> C

They aren't back and it's been 8 months XD

That's right. Do you think fireworks exploding is ABSORBING heat from the surroundings? Do you think paper burnins is absorbing heat from the surroundings?

oK, d?

I think it's D. Best of luck! Even though, you will probably never read this since it is a year old question lols!

I love his you guys belived a dude who asked what a endothermic reaction was

i just did the test it was D

y’all needa stop fighting and just give us the freaking answer

I have looked at T. m0m's answers and I am using my own but I will compare my answers to his/hers and tell y 'all if their right I am on question 10 but so far 2 of them are not the same as mine. Which is 2 and 8 but I will come back with the rest and tell you

UPDATE!!!

I am now on question 17 so far everything is matching besides 2 and 8 I still have a different answer working on 17 to 23 now and then will give another update before I start 24

Ok! I'm back So for question 17-23

Mine matching his/hers is everything but question 20. Ok I will answer my essay questions then give all of my answers (besides my essay questions of course)

UPDATE!!!

Ok guys so I am back and I have submitted my test I went with my gut. And I have the answers for questions 1-16. I might be able to come back once I get questions 17-23 answers and give y 'all those but anyways. I got all of them right but 8 but #2 is my answer it is metal not metalloid. So #2 is b not c but #8 was b not a. So good job T. m0m. the answer below is my test answers but I gave yall all the right ones for 1-16 for NOW!!

the answer is d. also thanks 7 dream kid

it's been a year he still hasn't given the answers

a moment of silence for the fallen

In thermodynamics, the word endothermic ("within-heating") describes a process or reaction in which the system absorbs energy from the surroundings in the form of heat. Which makes me think the answer is C.

Thank you

so is the answer c or d?

Cellular Respiration is endothermic...

well this helped me...not at all

which one is it??

I think it's D.

The answer is D because a Exothermic release heat and a Endothermic absorb the heat

100%
D IS THE RIGHT ANSWER:)

smh

Did you ever hear the tragedy of Darth Plagueis The Wise? I thought not. It’s not a story the Jedi would tell you. It’s a Sith legend. Darth Plagueis was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so wise he could use the Force to influence the midichlorians to create life… He had such a knowledge of the dark side that he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying. The dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful… the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew, then his apprentice killed him in his sleep. Ironic. He could save others from death, but not himself.

What is an endothermic reaction?
