  37. basketballs do change shape when u bounce them, just like if you squeeze a ball then it will slightly change form or shape the only difference is that the ball changes shape from impact which is created by bouncing the ball on the floor but it really depends on how hard you bounce the ball either if your just letting the ball bounce from the ground to your hand or just you pushing the ball in a downwards motion
