so then the equation would really be:

y=-x+2

and from here i would do the table to plot the points.

so your saying that the equation that i have to graph would be:

y= x+2

not y=-x+2

because it is coming out of the equation: x+y=-2
so then it would be:
x+y=-2
-x -x
y=-x-2

y = -x -2

from here i should do a table
so for instance

for x (-3)

then. y= -(-3)-2
y= 1
so my first point would be (-3,1)
