algebra/what am I doing wrong Please help

3x+2y=5
4x-3y=1
I have try dependent and inconsistent and either work. What am I doing wrong.

  1. You should have definitions for
    dependent, independent, and incosistent.

    if there is a unique solution , the system would be
    independent.

    since the two lines have different slopes, they MUST intersect in a point, thus independent
