how do you graph linear equation 2x= -10y and x+5y=3

  1. pick two x values, figure the y values there, and plot the points. Then draw a line between them.

    Easy points to pick are where x=0 or y=0.

    2x = -10y
    (0,0) is on the line.
    If x=5, y=-1, so (5,-1) is on the line
    Plot those two points and draw a line through them.

    x+5y=3
    (3,0) is on the line
    (-12,3) is on the line
    plot and draw.
