  3. First step: sort the values from low to high.

    mean: add them up and divide by how many values there are

    median: the middle value -- same number less as greater. If there are an even number of values, take the average of the two center values.

    mode: The value(s) which occurs most often

  4. mean is another word for average so add them all up and divide by the number of values you had to begin with: 102/11=9.27 and you can round that to 9.3

    so 10 is the middle number/ median

    mode: there are three 13s and two or less of everything else so 13 is the mode
