    -4 ≤ 3 +7‎x<24
    I just broke it up into two parts. If you can help me with the full inequality I will appreciate it.

    -4 ≤ 3 +7‎ and x<24

  4. solve just like regular equations, working both at once.

    -4 <= 3+7x < 24
    subtract 3 everywhere to get

    -7 <= 7x < 21
    now divide through by 7:

    -1 <= x < 3
