    1.14 g/mL x 1000 mL x 0.20 x 1/98 = 2.33M

    M of the strong stuff is
    1.84 x 1000 x 0.98 x 1/98 = 18.4M

    Then use the dilution formula.
    mLA x MA = mLB x MB
    100 x 2.33 = mLB x 18.4M
    Solve for mL B. I obtained approx 13 mL
