Given this equation:
2SO2(g) + O2(g) ---> 2SO3(g)

If 50.0 grams of S02 react, what is delta H for the reaction?? how would i do that??

  1. Delta H for the reaction = 2*delta H products - 2*delta H reactants. Look up delta Hfo in your text for that. Take half to obtain for 1 mol (64 g), then kJ x 50/64 = ??
