Describe how the Triassic period was a transitional time period during the Mesozoic era. Explain why the boundary between the Triassic and Jurassic periods is similar to the boundary between the Permian and Triassic periods.

The triassic period was a transitional time period during the mesozoic era because of the transition that changed different periods through the era, like the jurassic period. The boundary between the Triassic and Jurassic periods is similar to the boundary between the Permian and Triassic periods because the global climate was not radically changed, even though an extinction of many terrestrial vertebrates happened.

I think Ms.Sue is a good tutor he makes you do actual work instead of just getting the answer easily... She makes you think

Jk but thank for the help guys =)

You guys are geeks

damn unicorn went OFF

I’m just here for answers y’all

Im pretty sure abx literally just explained the answer.

guys you know your not cussing your just putting a bunch of symbols that represent NOTHING so please stop trying to be cool by pretending you cuss cause YOUR NOT and Ms. Sue is not a cheater like all of you she's a tutor like all of you said she help you think to figure out the answers not helps you cheat now act like you know that and also this is not a cheating website it's a homework helping website!!!!

They wouldn't say a damn thing if they were face-to-face lmao. @dance monkey sucks

:(

can u explain this?

This website's a mess

EVERY QUESTION FOR THIS PORTFOLIO HAS PEOPLE ARGUING MY WORD

LMAO I WANT YA'LL IN THE SAME ROOM AND WATCH YOU GUYS ARGUE

Instead of arguing...we should just help eachother?? Idk just a suggestion.

Here's my help, I researched for you guys and actually read the articles late Mrs.Sue suggested:

Climate change was a huge transition for the Triassic/Mesozoic period. It was getting increasingly warmer. Pangaea went from warm summers and cold winters, to no winters at all. It was warmer than today, with no ice caps at all.

My own words so switch it up a bit on the worksheet^^

I'm tired of all the arguing, and can people stop posing as teachers? lol

Btw- we are literally using the same website I don't see the point in.. fighting.
We all came here to help each other. And hating on Mrs. Sue isn't gonna help anyone lol.

Peace out, love y'all!

Okay I know I have better things to do than scold kids my age but I feel it needs to be done.

Jishka is a site that was made for tutoring and helping. Never expect Mrs. Sue to straight-up give you the answers. It's completely disrespectful to treat an adult that way when they're just trying to help you!
In fact, it's wrong to disrespect absolutely anyone who is genuinely trying to help you, no matter the age.
k thats all

Stop fighting plz😰

Also, That was the result of Pangaea splitting up into different continents

Okay I have a greatr solution to you fighters!! WHY DONT YOU BE QUIET AND IF YOU HAVE NOTHING TO SAY THAT IS NICE JUST SHUT IT!!!

These sites explain it.

Vanessa, Ms. Sue cannot simply just 'give' us the answers, then we wouldn't be doing any work, assignments are designed for us to do the work. Please get that through your thick skull. By the way, Thank you for the help Ms. Sue, I highly appreciate it.

Finn is correct by the way. And I agree with Fox Girl.

If that whole battle over religion was bad in that other answer page this is just terrible

Damn ya'll need to calm down and think about this question from a different point of perspective it has already been properly answered but just in case any of you can't find it here is my answer so please just everyone take a deep breath count to ten and put yourself in the person your raging at's shoes

Thanks you guys so much!

For once I agree,, Ms. Sue is here to help us learn, and by giving links she is providing us with resources to help us understand. If you want the answer to questions, use the links she provides to you, or for specifically this question, use the links or read the information given by abx

Are you cheating little ones? thought not!

This is Ms. Smith at Connections Academy. This is a question on a portfolio assignment and if you copy this answer, as I see that one of my students just did, you will be written up, just like this student will be.

This is a violation of the Honor Code and could lead to expulsion. It is a serious matter. We even allow corrections up to full points back on any incorrect parts of the assignment. There is no excuse for this. Stop plagiarizing, yes, it is plagiarizing; put some effort into your school work and use what you were given...YOUR BRAIN!

@Vanessa | That's not her job stupid, she's not supposed to give you all the answers. she's here to help you LEARN!! I want the answers too but don't blame ms sue for trying to get you to learn something!

SHOUTOUT TO ALL THE HATERS!

ADVICE FOR YOU
Don't say anything that might get you into an online fight. Unless you like fights..........whatever.
Please Please PLEASE don't be rude to the tutors. Then they'll just be rude right back at you. (Same goes for students)
@ all the kids who were fighting with each other, (Not pointing fingers) unless you didn't know, they already explained the answer, so shut your trap.

3: It may come as a shock to the average dinosaur buff, but the Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous periods weren't originally designated as a way to keep track of long-extinct reptiles. Rather, these vast stretches of historical time were marked out by geologists to distinguish among various types of geologic strata (chalk, limestone, etc.) laid down tens of millions of years ago. Of course, since dinosaur fossils are usually found embedded in rock, paleontologists associate dinosaurs with the geologic period in which they lived--for example, "the sauropods of the late Jurassic." To put these geologic periods in the proper context, you should bear in mind that the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous don't cover all of prehistory, not by a long shot. First came the Precambrian period, which stretched from the earths formation to about 542 million years ago. The development of multicellular life ushered in the Paleozoic Era (542-250 million years ago), which embraced shorter geologic periods including (in order) the Cambrian, Ordovician, Silurian, Devonian, Carboniferous and Permian periods. It's only after all that that we reach the Mesozoic Era (250-65 million years ago), which includes the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous periods.

Kayla is right FYI

...........Wow, you guys just don't learn. Hey, I've got a great idea! Why don't you just look up the freaking question? Unless you jerks can learn to keep your arrogant mouths shut, I suggest you stop blaming others for your mistakes.

Thanks...not

P.S. I know the Monkees are an old band, at least they are a clean band, unlike the JUNK you guys listen to these days.

ERRRRRGGGHHHH MS SUE! You need to TELL ANSWERS or stop being a tutor!
