What positions are under the Evalutaion manger?
I don't think any tutor here is familiar with the Evaluation "manger" you refer to. Sorry we can't help. I'm sure your text materials tell which positions fall under the rubric, whatever it is. You'll find the answer there, but YOU have to read them.
By the way, the only kind of manger I know is an animal feeding trough.
