Find an equation of a line parallel to the given line and contains the given point. Write the equation in slopeintercept form.
a. line 2x+3y=2 , point (0,0)
b. line y+4=0, Point (5,3)

2x+3y=2 has slope 2/3
So, using the pointslope form, the new line is
y0 = 2/3 (x0)
y = 2/3 x
y+4=0
y = 4 has slope 0
the horizontal line through (5,3) is
y=3
