2.Reflect j(x)across the y-axis to create k(x).
3. Reflect j(x)across the x-axis to create k(x).
4. Shift m(x) up 3 units to create y(x) .
5. Shift h(x) right 3 units to create k(x) .
to shift right by h, replace x with (x-h)
to shift up by k, replace y with (y-k)
Thus, y-3 = (x-2)^2 shifts y=x^2 right 2 and up 3.
Reflecting across an axis changes the sign of the other variable.
Thus -y=x^2 reflects y=x^2 across the x-axis.
