What math class did you take in 11th grade?

i took algebra 2,but i don't know why my teacher didn't bother to teach me this topic

Algebra 2 does not include trigonometric functions.

Wouldn't a class in trigonometry teach them?

I think so , i was pretty distressed regarding this matter, thank you for helping me.

Yes, i learnt about trigonometric functions.

Also i also explored it with matrices, that is, rotations and reflections around the orgin, etc.

So, it is possible that trigonometric functions were not covered in your 11th grade mathematics class.

If you feel that you missed out on learning this topic and would like to learn it now, there are several resources available to you. Here's what you can do:

1. Consult your school or teacher: Reach out to your school or mathematics teacher to inquire about why trigonometric functions were not taught in your 11th grade curriculum. They may have a specific reason or recommendation.

2. Self-study: You can independently study trigonometric functions using textbooks, online resources, and video tutorials. There are many websites and YouTube channels that explain trigonometry in a clear and concise manner. Khan Academy is one such online resource that offers comprehensive lessons and practice problems.

3. Tutoring: If you prefer a more personalized approach, you could consider hiring a tutor or joining a tutoring center that specializes in mathematics. They can provide guidance, answer your questions, and help you understand the topic through one-on-one instruction.

Remember, it is never too late to learn. With the right resources and determination, you can catch up on any topic that you missed.
