f ( 3 )= 1 / ( x ^ 2  3 ) =
1 / ( 3 ^ 2  3 ) =
1 / ( 9  3 ) = 1 / 6
b.
Replace x with 2 + h
f ( 2 + h )= 1 / [ ( 2 + h ) ^ 2  3 ] =
1 / ( 2 ^ 2 + 2 * 2 * h + h ^ 2  3 ) =
1 / ( 4 + 4 h + h ^ 2  3 ) =
1 / ( h ^ 2 + 4 h + 1 )
