    KOH ==> K^+ + OH^-
    mols KOH = grams/molar mass = ?
    M KOH = mols KOH/L solution = ?
    pOH = -log(KOH)
    Then pH + pOH = pKw = 14. You know pKw and pOH, calculate pH.
