am I right or wrong

Left Side= 21E-7
= 21(.33) - 7
= .07
≠ 0

so , no, you are wrong

21E - 7 = 0
21E = 7
E = 7/21 = 1/3 as the accurate answer.

1/3 = .3333.... , not .33
