I came up with 0.33
am I right or wrong

easy way to tell, just sub it in
Left Side= 21E7
= 21(.33)  7
= .07
≠ 0
so , no, you are wrong
21E  7 = 0
21E = 7
E = 7/21 = 1/3 as the accurate answer.
1/3 = .3333.... , not .33
