Okay, assuming this is Alg I, I'm pretty sure you accidentally miscommunicated the problem wrong. The problem above is UNFACTORABLE assuming only real numbers.
However, if you insist, the answer to this problem requires some Alg II knowledge.

A: (1/36)(18ix + √(71) + i)(18ix + √(71) i)
