y = (x1)(x+2) / [ (x4)(x+1)]
when x = +1 , y = 0
when x = 2 , y = 0
when x = 0 , y = 2/4 = 1/2
vertical when x = 4 or x = 1
= x^2/x^2 > 1 when x is big positive or big negative
