Which statement is true?

A.The sum of two positive integers is sometimes positive, sometimes negative.
B.The sum of two negative integers is always negative.
C.The sum of a positive integer and a negative integer is always positive.
D.The sum of a positive integer and a negative is always negative.

Just wanna make sure, isn't it the answer is D???

    B is (-)X(-)=always negative
    C is (+)X(-)=always positive
    D is (+)X(-)=always negative

    So A,B & C are not true, only I can find the answer is D. No??
