A square has an area of 27 square units. If the perimeter of the square is equal to the perimeter of an equilateral triangle, find the area of the equilateral triangle.

    the square has perimeter 4√27 = 12√3
    the triangle has side 4√3
    the triangle has area 1/4 √3 s^2 = 1/4 √3 (16*3) = 12√3
