What is the wavelength given frequency 7 Hz and pi to be 22/7?

  • Physics -

    Are you talking about sound waves? You need the speed of wave propagation to answer the question. For sound in air, it is about 340 m/s.

    Wavelength = (Wave speed)/(Frequency)

    You do not need to make approximations for pi to do the calculation.
