A ball is thrown vertically upward with a speed of 25.0m/s.take acceleration due to gravity 10m/s-2. A how high does it rise B how long does it take to reach its highest point?

  • Physics -

    v = Vi - g t
    0 = 25 - 10 t
    t = 2.5 seconds to top

    h = Vi t - 1/2 g t^2
    h = 25 * 2.5 - 5 * 6.25
