a: y+1= 2/7(x+3)
b: y-5= 2/7(x-8)
c: y-1= 2/7(x+3)
d: y+5= 2/7(x-8)

    Assuming that first point is (1,3)
    slope = (5-3)/(8-1) = 2/7
    they all have a slope of 2/7

    but only b) the correct pattern of finding the equation
