Use the rationals theorem to find all the zeros of the polynomial function. Use the zeros to factor f over the real numbers,
F(x)=7x^3x^2+7x1

by inspection,
f(x) = 7x^3+7x x^21
= 7x(x^2+1) (x^2+1)
= (7x1)(x^2+1)
and so on
