GENERAL MOTORS MAY INVEST 38 MILLION DOLLARS TO EXPAND ITS LANSING GRAND RIVER ASSEMBLY PLANT… THIS MOVE COULD BRING 150 JOBS. THE PRESIDENT AND CEO OF LANSING ECONOMIC AREA PARTNERSHIP (LEAP) INCORPORATED—BOB TREZISE— SAYS THE ADDITION WILL SERVE AS A LOGISTICS CENTER WHERE WORKERS WILL PIECE TOGETHER AUTOMOTIVE PARTS FOR SEQUENCING. LANSING CITY COUNCIL IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN ITS REVIEW PROCESS NEXT WEEK… IF APPROVED—GENERAL MOTORS COULD BEGIN CONSTRUCTION AS EARLY AS JULY 2013 AND FINISHED BY 2013, ACCORDING TO LEAP.

thanks
