Express (a) 50 km/hour mm/s.
(b) 60 litres in m3 cube if 1 litre = 0.001m3.

you can always multiply by 1 without changing anything

    50km/hr * 10^6mm/km * 1hr/3600s = 13888.8mm/s

    60L * .001m^3/L = .06m^3
