2x2 + 16x + 32
how do I Factor and label? And how do I know if this is a tri square?

did you mean
2x^2 +16x + 32 ?
if so, then
= 2(x^2 + 8x + 16)
I recognize a perfect square
= 2(x+4)^2
What is a tri square ?
