    200 grams *30 degrees * 1.0 cal/deg*g
    = 6000 calories
    to get to 0 degrees liquid
    PLUS
    200 grams *80 cal/g = 16,000 calories to go from 0 degree liquid to ice.

    That makes a total of 22,000 calories
