If a ball has an initial downward speed of 24 m/s, how far does the ball drop during the 4 s to 5 s interval

s₅=v₀•t₅+g•t ₅²/2=2.4•5 +9.8•25/2 = 134.5 m
s₄=v₀•t₄+g•t₄²/2 = 2.4•4+9.8•16/2=88 m.
Δs =s₅s₄= 134.588 =46.5 m.
