An astronaut is walking in space and his jetpack runs out of fuel. How can he use his empty pack to get back to the space station?

  • Science -

Throw it in the opposite direction that s/he wants to go.

I'm stuck on this too! Help!!!

  • Physics -

either throw the jetpack where he doesn't want to go, so away from the space station, OR JUST CALL ANOTHER ASTRONAUT OVER THE RADIO!!! If the jetpack runs out of fuel, that doesn't mean that the battery of his radio and other systems is dead!
