Find the coordiantes of the center and the radius of each circle
a. (x+root5)^2 + y^2 -8y =9

    to do these you need to complete the square on each variable

    (x-√5)^2 + (y^2 - 8y + 16) = 9 + 16
    (x-√5)^2 + (y-4)^2 = 25

    now just read off (h,k) and r
