If a car leaves a skid mark of 500 feet, how fast was the car traveling?
Using the formula r=2ã5L

  • algebra -

    OK, I guess
    v = 2 sqrt (5 L)
    v = 2 sqrt (2500)
    v = 2*5*10
    v = 100
