Explain how to convert seven point one three times ten to the eleventh from scientific notation to standard form, then give the answer in standard form.

2.13*10^11
Move the decimal point 11 places to the right. Two places gets you past all the available digits:
213*10^9
now you need 9 more zeroes:
213000000000
7.13x10^11 = 713,000,000,000
To convert from scientific notation to standard from simply move the decimal point 11 spaces to the right after the 7 . 10's power will tell you how many spaces to move to decimal , if its positive to the right and if its negitave to the left (just add zeros).
