write an equation of the line parallel to the line given by 3x2y=8 and having the same yintercepts as the line given by 2y+3x=4

ok this is my stuff!
ok first figure out the y intercept of the 2nd equation.
2y+3x=4
2y=3x4
y=3x/22
so y intercept = 2
then change equation 1 into yintercept form:
3x2y=8
2y=3x+8
y=3x/24 < your final answer
hope it helps:)
