Online Vs Traditional Dating

Thesis : Technology has brought many innovations in human life and one of the greatest is online dating. However, just like Traditional dating, online involves a lot heartbreaks too and both are harmful if done recklessly. In my opinion, traditional dating it more effective and safe and this essay will compare and contrast which kind of dating has more options to ensure safe dating and a trusted partner.
Body 1: As opposed to online dating, traditional dating offers a real live view of the person and ensures a fit choice of your requirements. This kind of dating also ensures that you that the person you are meeting is someone who lives close by and therefore again you can judge them by where a person lives and clothes therefore guaranteeing yourself you are meeting someone up to your standards. Meeting in person also gives a person that vivid view of one's personality, etiquette, manners and tone of voice.
A traditional date shows clear devotion because one spares his time throughout the date to come see you and take you on a date. Moreover, also spending money on a person shows your affection and effort for one. Factors such as shyness and bad habits of a disability can prevent one from talking thoroughly with one on a traditional date, hence the observance of this attitude shows a graphic sense of attribute of one person.
Typically the people we meet offline already have some kind of relationship to our real world., Whether it is having mutual friends, sharing an office building, or working out at the same gym, there is already a light foundation of compatibility. There is also some somewhat mutual chemistry from the beginning, or at least a mutual attraction. However, once you are already on a date it is hard to get out if the person you are meeting does not match your interests, which results in time wasting and a feeling of guilt.
Body 2: Online dating certainly has its benefits too, it avoids a person's natural superficiality and connects two minds of a person and communication skills. As opposed to their figure and looks. Not all online dating sites have a radius defining option and hence there is always a problem of falling in love with a person who lives miles away. Hence, making the other one less judgmental about their housing status and finding someone outside their social circle.
In this busy world today not many have time because of work, children and school thus online dating is a great way to keep in touch with a person whilst doing laundry, in office or even in sitting in the toilet. since, online dating does not show a person's true devotion to one and as opposed to taking time out from their day, all one has to do is log on t their dating site from their mobile and stay online, replying at their own convenience. In contrast, to dinner dates and wasting money on someone who one is still getting to know, online dating is cost effective and chit chatting and then again this is an easier way out to someone less serious and non-devoted.
Online dating is a shy man's fortress therefore, it is much easier for one to relax and comfortably speak to another person through chatting. But that comfortable level also leads to comfortable lying. Since online dating is a most common portal for shy or insecure people. Wherefore, it also becomes a portal for them to lie about their age, height, weight and sometimes even place false pictures of, their looks. Since online dating requires pictures today, people are more likely to put their best pose whether if it is old or is their twin sister's.
Regardless, of anything although online chatting does not always offer people of similar statuses, education levels or social circles. But what online dating does give, is the opportunity to get rid of someone easily if their interest does not match one's with no guilt or time wasting.
Conclusion: From personal experience I have dealt with more heartbreaks online than in person. Online dating is only fun for temporary purposes and having someone instant to talk to. But eventually if things get serious that leads to traditional dating too. But over all traditional dating in my experience is much safer, and makes one more in control of the situation and more devoted. Regardless I also think that it does not matter whether it is online or traditional dating, in both cases one has to be good with words and true with the other and hence one will find their partner. Moreover, whatever kind of dating is chosen, one should always be sure not to give out personal information. No matter how many dates one has been on, or no matter how much chats one has had, a stranger remains a stranger.

online dating**

OK, then ... this is supposed to be your thesis statement?

"In my opinion, traditional dating it more effective and safe and this essay will compare and contrast which kind of dating has more options to ensure safe dating and a trusted partner."

read all of this completely:
http://grammar.ccc.commnet.edu/grammar/intros.htm --

Get rid of "in my opinion" and "this essay will compare and contrast" --

Rephrase and then repost -- just this one sentence.

And before you rephrase and repost, make sure you have read and studied the two links I put in my reply to your earlier post!!

Technology has brought many innovations in human life and one of the greatest is online dating. However, just like Traditional dating, online involves a lot heartbreaks too and both are harmful if done recklessly. Although both dating can result in finding the love of your life, depending how devoted you are. Both also have great differences in assuring security and ensuring a trusted partner.

Disregard the last post..

ill send you one again.

Technology has brought many innovations in human life and one of the greatest is online dating. However, just like Traditional dating, online dating involves a lot heartbreaks too, and both are harmful if done recklessly. Although both methods lead to finding a good a good company, whether it maybe temporary or permanent. Both also have great differences in assuring security and ensuring a trusted partner.

Frankly, I'd scrap that last sentence or incorporate some of those ideas earlier in the paragraph.

I'd take that second sentence, delete "However," and make it the last sentence in the intro. It's a near-perfect thesis statement:

Just like traditional dating, online dating can involve heartbreak; both are harmful if done recklessly.

Technology has brought many innovations in human life and one of the greatest is online dating. Just like traditional dating, online dating can involve heartbreak; both are harmful if done recklessly. Although the two methods are similar in finding a good company, whether it maybe temporary or permanent.  Both also have great differences in assuring security and ensuring a trusted partner.

The best place for a thesis statement is at the END of the introduction. If it's buried in the intro, its impact isn't nearly as good. You want your reader to go from that strong statement (thesis) right into the first point of your paper. The reader can't do that if the thesis is elsewhere in the intro.

So ...

Technology has brought many innovations in human life, and one of the greatest is online dating. Although both traditional and online dating are similar in finding a good company, whether temporary or permanent, both have great differences in assuring security and eventually a trusted partner. Just like traditional dating, online dating can involve heartbreak; both are harmful if done recklessly.

but this is not what my essay is about :s

it is about why traditional dating is more safer.. both are harmful too.
