what is the solution to 2x+9greater or less then 5 and 2x13greater or equal to 9.

It would help if you proofread your questions before you posted them. There is no solution to "greater or less."
2x13 ≥ 9
Add 13 to both sides.
2x ≥ 4
x ≥ 2
