A car traveling 90 km/hr is 100 m behind a truck traveling 50 km/hr. How long will it take
the car to reach the car?

  • physics -

    d1 = 0.1 + d2 = 90 t
    d2 = 50 t

    0.1 + 50 t = 90 t
    40 t = 0.1
    t = 1/400 = .0025 hr = 9 seconds
