    HPr ==> H^+ + Pr^-
    Set up an ICE chart and substitute into the below equation.
    Ka = (H^+)Pr^-)/(HPr)
    Solve for (H^+) and convert to pH.
    (Pr^-) = (H^+)
    You can find OH^- from (H^+)(OH^-) = 1E-14
